Hi there! My name is Megan Wright! I am a Boise, Idaho based photographer. Although I do base out of Boise, I am fortunate in that I am able to travel for work as well! I love walking into a new environment, and dreaming up a plan for how to make it best work for my clients! I specialize in families, weddings, seniors, and anything with a lifestyle feel. If I had to just pick one genre of photography to focus on, I would get bored I think, so I tend to do a little bit of everything! It keeps me creative! I also offer studio options. My style is very rich, colorful and true to life! Spending time photographing people in their environments and out in the world is something I truly enjoy and never take for granted! It is my feeling that everyone has a story to tell and each one is unique and beautiful! My goal is to always share each story in a way that is honest and that documents authentic memories! This lends itself to a natural, fun and photojournalistic way of capturing people.

I have been photographing for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Palm Springs, CA I would encourage my best friends into modeling for me in abandoned houses, railroad tracks, scenic backgrounds like windmills, you know the basic stuff. The desert was my life and it was all I knew. It wasn't until I left to Los Angeles that I really became exposed to a much denser population of people. I became obsessed with capturing random, natural moments instead of posing my subjects. I have always felt that there is a rawness to human emotion when people are unaware they are being observed and I fell in love with that concept so most of my work is based on natural candid moments as well as the occasional posed presentation.

Mustache baby shower theme using our mustache baby shower themed shower card. Every baby shower should have cupcakes in my humble opinion.  The reason for this is that they are so versatile with dozen of different cupcake wrappers you can find a cute wrapper to perfectly match your theme.

Baby Carriage
I love the décor that was used especially the watermelon baby carriage.  Even though this was used for a boy baby shower the baby carriage is very gender neutral and can easily be used at any baby shower.  Surprisingly the watermelon carriage can be made it about 30 min.

Chocolate Mustache Treats
What really mak
es the whole décor in my opinion are the chocolate mustaches.  I know these can be purchased pre made but I would recommend making them yourself and save a ton.   If you buy them pre made it will cost you around $16 per dozen, so with a little work you will be able to make almost 100 at that price.
