Ties everything together!

Wider than expected, but still very nice. Did not come with anything to seal it around the pocket envelope - so did not give it five stars. Information did not state that anything additional was needed. Hopefully, a drop of hot glue will do the trick, but always a risk that whatever glue used may get on something it shouldn't.
