I love your site! The variety of options and all the little extras a bride wants for her special day are just at your finger tips. However, what puts BI in a class by itself is its amazing customer service team! Basic Invite Customer Service team is EXCEPTIONAL!!! First, I needed quality "save-the date" cards in a RUSH fashion, so I was already nervous. I viewed the website and selected the card that featured a couple picture, because we wanted to share a picture of our engagement photo session. The clock was ticking to ensure the cards arrived on time. A BI rep talked me through getting the right resolution from the photographer to ensure the qualify of the cards. He helped me upload them and ensure everything was correct. Then once I submitted my order, another rep ensured they were proofed and let me know that I could put color or even another picture on the back. They held the order until the next morning so I could get another picture with the correct resolution from the photographer, who was traveling back to the US from Jamaica! Several team members from the service side and from the design side worked with me to ensure that all of my last minute design changes were included, such as uploading another picture to the back, realigning the writing on the card to ensure it was completely visible and not blocking us, etc. THEY WERE A LIFE SAVER, and yes, the cards arrived ON TIME and are absolutely beautiful!
