From design to delivery, working with Basic Invite for our Save the Dates was an absolute dream. I scoured the internet for a truly custom Save the Date solution and struggled to find a company that would allow me to custom design metallic/foil print on our card. Sure, some services boast "fully customizable" but they mean you can select their predesigned foil "stickers" with generic phrases. We're not a generic couple, why should we have a generic design? Basic Invite was the only place I found where I could actually write out what I wanted and select raised gold foil as the font color. Then, after ordering our Save the Dates, we found our wedding venue wasn't available anymore. This was a nightmare in itself (just 7 months away from our wedding) and the fact we had already created and paid for Save the Dates could've multiplied the stress... But not with Basic Invite. Using the super quick online chat help I was able to explain my situation to a real human and in return she offered a HUGE discount to have our Save the Dates reprinted once we had our new venue lined up. I think I even teared up a little bit when she gave me the code. We will be back to Basic Invite for invitations, RSVP cards, Thank You cards, YOU NAME IT. Thank you for everything!
