Truly a happy ending…These invites are NOT basic at all’

In order to do this review justice, I have to start by explaining how I ended up ordering these invitations. Originally, I ordered the new clear invitations on the site. It was of no fault of Basic Invite but I received an update from the tracking that said my invitations had been forwarded to a different address. That was all the information that I had received from the United States Postal Service.

When I called basic invite to verify the address, it was indeed correct. However, I did not receive any pushback from the representative when I called customer service. She assured me that everything would be OK and that I could order new invitations and have them rush shipped to me at no cost. She was upfront and letting me know that the material used for the clear invites was on back order, so I would likely not get them in time to send them out for my wedding. So, I went to the site and designed an entirely new and different invite. They were indeed rush shipped to me and once the USPS figured out their error I ended up with two sets of invitations.
So, I sent two invitations to all of my guests, with a poem explaining why they were receiving too.
Now, for the review of these beautiful wedding invitations. I actually ended up liking them more than my original design on the clear invite. They are perfect and they look like something I would have designed in my own head. Basic Invite has so many options from which to choose. These invitations almost felt like suede or some other high end material. The raised foil lettering is perfect as an accent. The invitations look exactly like they are represented on the website… Only better! Please do yourself a favor and design your wedding invite exactly how you want it to look and rest assured that it will be perfect! If I could give these invitations and the customer service at Basic Invite 10 stars I absolutely would! I will be ordering programs and thank you cards to match my beautiful invitations. -

Basic Invite has so many unique designs I’ve never seen anywhere else. I didn’t want flowers on my wedding invites (like everyone else) and I found something I loved here! They also arrived so quickly! Within about a week and a half of ordering.
