I emailed the team that there was a problem with my order. It arrived later than it should have. I sent a message to that team, and within an hour or 2 tops, I had a response from them. They were super polite and completely helpful! My fiance and I were going to order wedding invitations from Basic Invites, but were having second thoughts since we had an issue. After the customer service team got involved it completely made our decision to order our invitations with Basic Invites concrete. Again thanks for all the help and the super quick response.

Save the date heart

Even though we did not receive our order on the correct shipping date, my fiance and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the product. We had ordered the rounded corners and the thicker stock paper and were very impressed with how the final product turned out.
