It was a bit more difficult than I would have liked to get these to come out exactly as planned, but the end product was definitely worth it. They are lovely and the gold foil really pops!

They did an overall good job with my order. I was very satisfied with the end product, just not a huge fan of some of the logistical glitches we had with getting the coupon the design rep sent me to work (which the form wouldn't allow us to apply in addition to the website-wide one but I guess that's okay), and when I paid rushed shipping to get a sample here quickly it was at least 3 days late. As far as the price, it seemed pretty reasonable actually for the type of customization I was getting, I just felt like it would have been reasonable to allow for both coupons, but obviously I still purchased them. Those were my only complaints though. On the other hand, my big final order ended up getting here like 4 days early which I was happy with, and the envelopes and guest & return address printing were no extra cost which I loved of course! (Thank you so much for that, it saved me a million hours of work!). I also had a design rep email me after I ordered samples, and help me answer questions to get me through the process which was very helpful. I LOVED my final product, and I loved the setup for letting me customize the invitations exactly how I wanted them, it was very easy to use and the options were helpful. They had options that most companies don't give you, which I appreciated a lot. The guest address collecting feature was helpful too, and made it easy to put my guest list into the form. In the end I really love my invitations, and I am very satisfied with the product. Overall a great service, I'd definitely recommend them!
