Excellent customer service, poor products.

The first time we received the book, we received another couples’. Basic Invite’s customer service responded very quickly and mailed us another book. However, the second book we received is still flawed. My name is cut off on the edge of the book. The front cover is correct. I would like to receive a refund for this product. In addition, I ordered my wedding invitations through Basic Invite, the all in one invitation. It’s a great concept, but it isn’t functional. I had to tape the sides with invisible tape in order for them to be mailed at the post office and they tore when opened. Overall, customer service is excellent, but the products are poor.
