We decided to go with the Script Emblem series for our wedding. When the guest book arrived, sadly it was damaged. I sent a message describing what happened. The staff at Basic Invite re-ordered the guest book immediately. They did ask that I send a picture of the damage but didn't want me to return the product. I got my new guest book in less than a week.

Excellent Guest Book Format

I enjoyed customizing this guest book with colors to match my upcoming wedding. I'm VERY pleased with the lay-flat spiral design, as I've experienced difficulties writing in guest books that don't lay flat and are held open with rocks! I like the page spacing for guest entries as I've seen so many guest books with the first few pages filled with lines of signatures, and the remaining pages completely empty. I plan to estimate the number of spaces needed, and paste at least one photo in a space on each page to create interest and so that the guest entries continue to the last page. I'm having fun with this whole wedding planning thing!

Great service and product

I needed a personalized guest book for my son's wedding quickly as it was a detail that got overlooked. I was so happy to find the Basic Invite site as the choices were endless and it was easy to design. They were able to do a rush order and it was sent to my hotel 2 days before I expected it. It was perfect!
