Beautiful photos, border not cut as shown on site

Overall, the cards are beautiful. The photos look great, which is the most important part. But it the borders seem to have gotten messed up in the printing/cutting process. There is supposed to be a thin border and a thick border around the outside, as shown when you first view the card online. When you zoom in to the "front of card" view online, the thick border is not visible. When printed, the thin border is half cut off along two of the four edges, and the thick border is absent entirely from three of the four edges, with only a sliver showing along the right side of the card. Not the neat, sharp appearance we were going for.

The quality is good but I thought it was going to be a folded card and not a post card. The cards came fast but you have to write on the back of the picture
