The liner was black and white diamond print that my daughter picked out and it looked fabulous inside the silver envelopes! I was very pleased with the entire experience. They were very good at communicating any revisions that were necessary to get everything just right before it went into processing. Loved everything!

I was in charge of addressing the invites for my niece. Now, no one is perfect, right? But no one told her to order a few extra envelopes for mistakes and returns. So I had to get a few more ordered, and didn't want her to know I messed up. haha I used the chat feature, and was able to find out the exact envelope and liner that she had ordered. The rep was so very helpful. Once ordered, I was checking status so I could determine about when they would get here. After 5 days the shipping status had not changed online. So I was concerned and contacted the company again through the chat. It had in fact been shipped and arrived that day. This was 100% the fault of the postal service, not Basic Invite. But in trying to determine the status, the reps again were so very helpful in trying to find my package. Emailing me on the status as soon as they had information. I would highly recommend Basic Invites!
