When I received my wedding invitations in the mail with the package half open and the invitations missing and only having the envelopes (I blame the post office for this), I called them and they immediately started to reprint my order and told me that they would send envelopes just in case some of those were missing too. I got the new batch about a week later and they look great! I couldn’t be happier! I will absolutely do business with Basic Invite again when I have to get Thank you cards or anything else.
