I've always dreamed of having clear invitations to my wedding - something about the see through look just seemed so fancy to me. After we started planning our *new* wedding (thanks, Covid), I knew I had to jump at the opportunity to spend a little more to get exactly what I've been dreaming of in regards to presentation of our invites. I researched high and low, had additional online carts with other companies, and even looked into making what I wanted myself when I found BasicInvite. Not only were the designs better than I could have ever dreamed of, they were under our budget too! PERFECT!

I had placed my order on a Tuesday expecting to see them in about a week, but they were in my mailbox by that same weekend (literally within DAYS). Unfortunately, we did receive someone else's invitations inside our box and this is where my experience gets BETTER... I emailed them within minutes of us realizing the mistake and assumed I would be hearing back after the long holiday (Labor Day) weekend. Not only did the team respond on a Sunday, but I had heard back within the hour of my complaint. The team was amazing at how they handled the situation of the misprint; they reprinted and reshipped my correct order right away, just in time for me to put the kits together and ship them to our guests.
I cannot thank the team enough for caring so much about making this right. I truly do believe that the success of a company relies heavily on their customer experience teams and because of the BasicInvites team, they now have a customer for life. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs invitations. You guys rock! <3 -
