I cannot rave enough about this company and these invites! Firstly, the invites are such amazing quality and they are just gorgeous, everything I have ever wanted for my wedding! But the service is what took this experience over the edge. I had purchased designer review as I wanted the layout to be changed and the wording to be reviewed and edited to make it all uniform. The designer got back to me within two days and was very thorough and prompt. She removed parts of the design that I asked and lined everything perfectly. After approving for print, it only took 4-5 days to be shipped! An issue had occurred on my end, totally out of the control of the company, and when I called for assistance, they were quick to fix my issue that, in all honesty, they did not have to do. They were caring, professional, and have made a returning customer out of me. I will forever recommend this company as they are prompt, professional, and their invitations are top quality!!!

I love love LOVE the invitations! They turned out absolutely beautiful! Working with the designers to customize the template, changing it from a wedding invitation to a 60th birthday party invitation, was such an easy process. Everyone was so friendly and quick to respond. The order arrived earlier than expected and though all the envelopes and inserts were in the box, 15 invitations were missing! I contacted the company right away and without any hesitation they immediately put in an expedited order to print the 15 invitations and send them via overnighted shipping as soon as the raised foil cured (within 24-48 hours). I got them just 3 days later, which still left plenty of time to get them in the mail prior to the RSVP date. I cannot say enough great things about the quality of both the product and the service I have received from Basic Invite. THANK YOU!!!
