This print is beautiful and we loved being able to customize the colors to match our design plans. The sample we ordered arrived very quickly and included a lot of helpful information and a discount for our order. Because our invitation was bilingual, we were pleased that a designer could check to make sure all special characters would be printed correctly as well. Everything came out beautifully and our guests have loved the invitations. We are excited to pick out more items to match!

There was a technical issue with the printing of the first order BUT, that being said, Basic Invites VERY QUICKLY responded asking if we wanted a refund or replacement. We got the replacement and they were sent out and arrived ASAP. BEST customer service I've dealt with. They kept me updated regularly. I can't recommend them enough. -

The invitations were shipped out quickly. The first batch printed incorrectly, but customer service is TOP NOTCH and they rectified the issue ASAP and got the updated order out almost immediately! The corrected order was PERFECT! Everything I have ordered has been beautiful, priced wonderfully, shipped fast and is great quality. As, I said we had a slight issue with the initial order, but it was taken care of SO QUICKLY, the issue didn't delay our mailing time-line, and it was done with much courtesy and continual communication. I will forever recommend Basic Invites. No complaints with Customer Service either. That's a rarity. Definitely worth using this company!
